The CBV-series is the perfect solution if you need a multifunctional trailer. You can order the trailer in the length from 3 ms up to as much as 6 m. The trailer can, like our entire trailer range, be equipped to meet you and your livestocks request exactly how you want it.

The characteristic of this model is that no matter which trailer length suits your livestock, it can be equipped with trap gates on one or both long sides. This gives you a fantastic cattle trailer with trap gates, not only for the transport of your animals, but it will also serve you as a feeder and as a capture trailer. This is what we call an “All-in-one solution!

FEEDER – MOBIL FODDER TRAILER IN YOUR FIELD

It is natural for animals to rub themselves against anything possible. Therefore, all our trailers in the CBV-series are made of extra strong profiles, ensuring that the animals can rub themselves, without braking the fodder trailer, or injuring themselves.

No matter which length you choose from the CBV-series, we ensure you a solid feeder for your field, and not to have to worry about your cattle or the table being damaged.

A TRAILER FOR AN EASY CAPTUREING AND INSPECTION OF YOUR ANIMALS

The trailer comes as standard with Church Chairs on all four sides, but can be ordered with trap gates. When you order trap gates, all sections will be equipped with a trap function. When the trap function is activated, the animals are trapped when entering the trap gate. If the trap function is NOT activated, the animals can walk in and out as they wish.

If you want to capture one or several animals, activate the trap section, and leave some corn or fodder in the table. Once the cattle enters the trap gate, they get stock, and you can now se to your animals. Afterwards, simply open the trap gate (NOT activated), and the animals can walk out freely again.

All trap gates come with an adjustable. This adjustable regulates the size of the neck opening. If you wish to make the neck opening smaller, move the adjustable closer to the trap gate, and, if you need the neck opening to be larger, you move the adjustable out.

TRANSPORT OF YOUR ANIMALS

Allthough the CBV-series is referred to as a cattle trailer with trap gates, this model comes as standard with Church Chairs on all four sides. If you want your cattle trailer to be equipped with trap gates, we can fit these on one or both long sides. If your cattle trailer is equipped with trap gates, these must be in locked position during transport, and the locked function must be activate. This is to prevent the animals from sticking their heads out during transport. A save and easy way to transport your cattle.

RAMPE – QUICK AND EASY HANDELING

We can easily fit the CBV-series CBV400, CBV500 and the CBV600 with a ramp. If you order the trailer with a ramp, you will, as with all other equipment get a ramp of the best quality. The ramp is made of 12 mm waterproof wooden botex plates.

Furthermore, the ramp is equipped with steps, to make it safe and easy for your animals to enter and exit the trailer.

LOOKING FOR A HYDRAULIC CATTLE TRAILER?
