FIRST CLASS CATTLE TRAILER

The DHE-series – is more than just a solid trailer for cattle, it is a trailer with a long lifespan and lots of details. As for all of JYFA’s cattle trailers, this model is not only 100% Danish manufactured, it is a First Class Danish Quality product.

The DEH-serie is available in the following lengths: 5 (DEH500), 6 (DEH600), 7 (DEH700) or 8 meters (DEH800). No matter which size you choose, you get a Danish quality product, a cattle trailer with a lower/raise function, approved by TÜV – simply a trailer full of luxury!

TÜV APPROVED

We developed the DEH-series in collaboration with the German TÜV, approved for the German roads. Therefore, all DEH models are approved by TÜV to drive 40 km/h on the German roads, no matter what size you choose.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DEH AND BTR

At first sight, the BTR-series and the DEH-series look alike. However, there is a big difference between the two models. As opposed to the BTR-series, the DEH-series comes as standard with hydraulic, double gates in the center, roof and air-hydraulic brakes. The BTR-series is available with hydraulic brakes as an Optional Extra, while the DEH model comes with air-hydraulic brakes as standard. This brake system is specifically developed to convert air into hydraulic. We developed the system whilst working with the approval for the German market. The main difference between the two models is that the DEH-series is TÜV approved. The DEH trailers therefore comply with all regulations for lights, brakes, etc. required according to German legislation.

LOW NOISE AND NON -SLIP FLOOR

Again, we have thought of every detail. As with all JYFA trailers, the floor is equipped with non-slip tear plates. We glue the tear plates to the bottom and fasten them with pop rivets. This ensures you a non-slip and incredibly low noise floor. For an even "smoother" floor, we can fit all DEH models with a rubber mat. OPEN SIDES – WINDOWS FOR ANIMAL COMFORT

You find a variety of trailer manufacturers on the market - all with a unique profile, but many trailers have one thing in common – The sides are more or less completely closed. To ensure the best animal welfare, our trailer sides are open with grids, allowing the animals to see out during the transport.

CATTLE TRAILER WITH A RAISE/LOWER FUNCTION

All trailers in the DEH-series come as standard with a hydraulic raise/lower function. If you are looking for a cattle trailer with this function, this model will keep you going for many years ahead. With a loading height of only 13 cm, your animals walk straight in and out of the trailer. This makes your unloading and loading experience so much easier and keeps the animals very calm.

ORDINARY WHEEL CASES – AND JYFA WHEELE CASES

You find many trailer manufacturers on the market offering cattle trailers with a raise/lower function. When it comes to registered trailers, it is common for the majority that they have built-in wheel cases to keep up with the rules of maximum width. Wheel cases are often clumsy and take up a lot of space – but not in the DEH-series. The inside width of the trailer is 2.40 meters, but between the wheel cases you have up to 1.65 meters! With the BTR -series, you get optimal space usage – you even get extra square meters! For instance, if you compare a DEH800 with any other trailer manufactures, you might find a big difference in the square meters. A JYFA trailer will often give you significantly more square meters than other manufacturers.
