DEH500 – DE Transport Trailer

The 5M DE Transport Trailer is a robust and highly functional livestock trailer developed in cooperation with TÜV and tested for German roads up to 40 km/h. Designed with integrated wheel cases, it offers a total external width of 2.55 m and a large 10.7 m² floor area, ensuring both stability and efficient use of space.

The trailer box is 5 m, and the total length including drawbar is 6.4 m. The internal width is 2.40 m, and the width between the wheel cases is 1.65 m. The design of the wheel cases creates a large space between them, resulting in a total usable floor area that is often larger in the DEH model compared to competing models.

Unlike our other models, this trailer comes fully equipped as standard with a roof, hydraulic lifting/lowering function, double gates in the center, air-hydraulic brakes, and much more – providing a complete and ready-to-use solution for professional livestock transport.

Hydraulic height adjustment function
The hydraulic height adjustment function offers many advantages to make you daily work effortless. During loading or unloading, you can lower the floor, allowing the animals to walk straight into the trailer. After loading, the trailer is raised back up. As well as giving you and the animals a stress-free loading and unloading experience, this hydraulic height function also gives you the advantage of using the trailer for fodder when lowered. This gives the cattle and calves a chance to get confident with the trailer before transport.

Difference between BTR and DEH
Although the BTR and DEH models may look similar, there are significant differences. The BTR model can be customized according to your needs with various equipment options, while the DEH model is delivered fully equipped as standard from the start. Another important difference is that the BTR model can be supplied with hydraulic brakes, whereas the DEH model comes as standard with air-hydraulic brakes.
