Square Box

With the Square Box, you get a large and highly functional top-quality Animal feeder, ideal for round bales! The Animal feeder is supplied as standard with church chairs all the way around, but can be customized to your needs with a roof and, if desired, trap gates on one or more sides.

With a length of 2.10 meters and a width of 2 meters, the Square Box is perfect for round bales. It can be used for both cattle and horses, and if you plan to use it for horses, it is recommended to add plastic covers in the church chairs.

Standard Equipment
There is standard equipment – and then there is JYFA standard equipment! With a JYFA animal feeder, you get a product that radiates quality right from the start! This model comes standard with:

• Fully galvanized
• Church chairs along all sides
• Galvanized floor
• Bottom sledge
• Gate in one side

Up to 16 Feeding places – Optional trap gates
This model comes as standard with 4 church chairs on each long side. This provides you with a large Animal feeder with 16 feeding stations. If you need to trap your cattle, the model can be equipped with 1×3-animals trap gates on each side, as you wish.

If your herd consists of, for example, Scottish Highland cattle, you should choose our special trap gate. The Square Box can be equipped with one 1×2-animal Special trap gates on each long side. The special trap gates has a height of 100 cm and a neck opening of 75 cm, and it comes standard with an adjustable bar.

Quick and easy to move
This cattle feeder has fittings for a Three-Point Hitch, and is therefore easy to move when empty.

Refill with fodder
You can open one side of the feeder box, for an easy refill of bales.

Roof & roof structure
The Square Box comes wiht a pointet roof as standard, but if you need to use it for eg. Scottish Highland cattle, it is an advantage to order it with a high roof.  Always make sure to advise us when ordering your feeder, if you need a high roof.
